The same psychology-backed teaching I charge for in my coaching programs — taught live, one free session a week, inside a WhatsApp community that won't flood your phone. I'm a PN Level 2 Certified Master Health Coach, and I'd love to have you in the room.
I coach busy, driven women to stop fighting with food and start building habits that actually last. No meal plans. No good-food, bad-food rules. Just real routines that hold up on your busiest, most stressful weeks too.
You know what healthy eating looks like. You've read the articles, tried the diets, started the routines. But somewhere between the long days, the stress and everything else you're carrying — the wheels come off. Again.
Here's the thing: that's not a willpower problem. It's a context problem. And it's completely solvable.
No watered-down previews here — these are full sessions, taught live, on the same topics I teach in my paid programs.
Why self-compassion — not willpower — is the real key to staying consistent, especially past 40.
Why "good food vs. bad food" thinking backfires, and how to eat without guilt or constant judgment.
The Place, Plating, Pause method — practical tools for eating out without losing the plot on your goals.
We know — another WhatsApp group is the last thing your notifications need. So this one talks on just one day a week. The rest of the time? Quiet. No 200 messages to scroll past, no random forwards — just space to think, and real conversation when it actually counts.

Before I became a health coach, I spent over a decade in senior corporate roles in financial services — up to VP level at GE Capital and SBI Cards. I know that world from the inside: the pace, the pressure, the meals eaten at your desk, the evenings when food becomes the only way to decompress.
A personal turning point changed the direction of my life. While caring for my mother through a long period of illness, I found myself going deep into research on nutrition, recovery and lifestyle — and what started as a personal search gradually became my life's work. One insight stayed with me through it all: most women already know what healthy eating looks like. The real challenge is the context — the stress, the exhaustion, the pace of life that quietly erodes every good intention.
Today I'm a Senior Coach with Precision Nutrition, mentoring coaches around the world, and I've led workshops for teams at Sony, IQVIA and HBA. I relocated from Delhi to Dehradun in 2018 — and living here, surrounded by mountains and open skies, is a daily reminder that health isn't just discipline. It's building a life that actually supports you.
No pressure, no pitch — just an invite to breathe a little easier about food. The next free session is around the corner.
